I wouldn’t have wasted my time with the emails, nor with this review. That was provided to me with a request for additional information. I never requested a gift card, nor a disingenuous apology. Since then and providing more information, I have received zero correspondence. I filled out a survey as you’re instructed to do and received an email from Sunshine Fernandez, the general manager asking for more information and stating I would receive a gift card or something. My daughter was happy with her kids meal but for 40 dollars, that’s a pretty outrageous quality I got for my money. I almost couldn’t believe how bad the food was. Much of the ends we’re not filled and was also empty rolled tortilla. The tortilla(s) were rolled to the point of 4 layers at the bottom, soggy. Both chimichangas had stale jerky like blackened chicken that I thought were plastic bits at first. Upon noticing, he went back to get a refund of a refire for what was an awful chimichanga order, not grilled no fried, haphazardly thrown into the box. Didn’t notice until fiancé returned home. Meal was made incorrectly on to-go order.
